Growing faith for healing through God’s Word is not just for people who suffer from illness. It works for accidents too. Like the one I had last night.

A freak accident led to my thumb being plunged into a hot potato. Immediately, a very large blister welled up on the underside of my thumb. As I rushed to hold the burn under cold water, I began speaking Scripture. I asked my husband to pray in agreement with me for quick and complete healing. Then, while soaking my thumb in ice water, I kept confessing Scripture and thanking God for the answer. And I laughed at the enemy.

Praise God, His Word works! By the end of the evening, the blister was gone and I was totally well!
