What information do we collect and how do we use it?
You may visit our site anonymously. When you request a page from our website, our Web servers automatically recognize your domain name and IP address. These do not reveal any personal information about you. We use this information to examine our traffic as a whole. Our Web servers do not record email addresses of visitors.
We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, submit a testimony, enter a contest or promotion, sign up to receive our emails, respond to a survey or communication such as email, or participate in other site features such as the “comments” section on our videos and blog.
When you register or order, we may ask your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, or other information. This allows us to process and fulfill your order, and to notify you of your order status.
While you visit our site, we’ll track:

We will not publish your personal information without your consent, except as following: We may publish your name or nickname along with your comments, in the “comments” section of our videos, blog, and other site features.
We maintain a strict “No-Spam” policy. We will not sell, rent, or otherwise give your email address to a third party, without your consent. We will not send you email that you have not agreed to receive.

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact Forms
Contact form submissions are solely for customer service purposes. We do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. Both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and Shipping & Handling information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
Payments
We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Cache
This site utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary.
