In Kenya there was an outbreak of foot and mouth disease that was killing cows, and everyone was told to vaccinate their cows. I called my neighbor Mary and said, “Mary we need to get our cows vaccinated. We were told that is necessary because of the outbreak of foot and mouth disease.” Mary said, “The Word of God says that we are blessed and our flocks our blessed. My flocks are blessed. They are not going to get foot and mouth disease.” Mary went to her cupboard, got some simple oil, went out to her two cows, anointed them with oil and pled the blood of Jesus over them. I got my cows vaccinated. My cows got sick. Mary’s cows were healthy as can be.
