Placing Your Order
Please place orders on our online store only. Important Note: Phone orders are not accepted at this time. Please do not call our Customer Service number with an order.
Customer Service Questions: email us at email@example.com or call us at 636-485-3827 Monday through Friday, 9 am to 3 pm CST.
Gift Orders: If you are buying a gift for someone else, type that person’s name and address in the section called “Shipping Address”.
Tax: Missouri residents are charged 5.95 percent sales tax.
Processing Your Order
Email List Option: When you place an order, you will be given the option to sign up to be added to our email list to receive our updates and blog, each delivered twice a month. If you choose this option, you may unsubscribe at any time.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Your Order
Notification: To ensure you receive notifications about your order, please set your spam filter to allow emails from firstname.lastname@example.org and check that you entered your correct email address.
Shipping: Your order will normally ship within 3 business days. We will notify you if there is a delay. If you need your order shipped sooner, please contact us. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or any national holiday.
Most orders to U.S. addresses will ship USPS Priority Mail. They should arrive 1-3 business days after shipping. Tracking and up to $50 insurance coverage are included.
Orders under 8.5 ounces may be shipped USPS First Class. They should arrive within 6 business days after shipping. Tracking is included.
International orders will ship USPS Priority Mail International. Expect delivery in 6 to 10 business days. Tracking is included.
Replacing/Refunding Your Order
We will replace or refund damaged products, defective products, or incorrect products in your shipment in accordance with the following stipulations:
For replacements and refunds, you must return the damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 30 days of the shipping date. Write or call us for specific instructions. Please package your return securely. Include in the return your contact information and the reason for the return.
When we receive your return, we will replace the product or refund your money by the same method as the original payment.
Opened media items such as CDs and DVDs are not eligible for return unless defective.
